Atleast when the auction is aired on TV the REIV can't fudge the clearance rates after the fact.

What would be even more interesting is to find out what Channel 9 does with the houses now. Presumably they still have to sell the other three - it'll be a real laugh to see if they eventually sell by private sale for <$700,000 (which I suspect will be the case).
