Morning Jokers. Hopefully you've calmed down a little after an afternoon of denigrating other people's views, telling them how to think and how to avoid embarrassing themselves. Unfortunately, your tone betrays your fear, something for which I believe you have some justification. What you're clearly trying to convince yourself is that everything is fine, that these low-quality entertainment offerings are a mere blip on the radar and easily discounted. I'm afraid that is not the case. All this series of The Block has done is highlight the sentiment of the market in it's current state. Whether you like it or not, negative sentiment is enormously powerful. On top of the failure of the properties to sell, the huge ratings are another massive negative. As you yourself rightly indicate, 'people are easily led'.
