I just have to ask why we would ban our livestock export industry because some one else is causing the issue. Like, A manufacturer saying to his only buyer, I'll stop selling my products to you because you are not using them properly! ................................. In the real world, where people have ethics and show a sense of responsibility, that happens all the time.
*Some sophisticated electronics components are withheld if use in weaapons manufacture is suspected.
*Spray cans at local hardware stores can be withheld if the seller believes they will be used for graffiti.
*Uranium is restircted to non weapons use.
*Some chemicals , if requested in volume, can be with held if the seller believes they will be used in the manufacture of home made bombs
