Spy i think the livestock industry has had enough calls now and been on enough notice to get itself regulated so its a sustainable industry.This program has just bought it to a head once again that left to its own regulation its not going to clean itself up.

Talked with a friend in Indonesia and was told this program was aired over a year or two ago.Not sure which but it was not new to Indonesia and i guess would also not be new to the live cattle trade.They also had many misgivings about it and also health risks involved with abbotiors.The preasure should be and lies with the live cattle exporters.

The media in my view should be focused now upon those people and bringing to light the people who have known about this and allowed the industry to continue.
