I think there are several reasons why the SP has not yet responded.

#1 The top selling points are size of the deposit and lowest cost of production. In his presentations that is what he should say first. People only remember 1 or 2 things (if that)... give them your main point first and then finish with it. All the stuff in between will only sink in if they think the first point has been worth listening to

#2 When the IPT board requested the scoping study be repeated and double checked it put an arrow into the heart of the momentum. The perceived message was one of self doubt... another reason for people to hesitate.

#3 Look at IPT's track record... 16 years of zip. Perception is the reality for many people. It is a hurdle an investor has to jump before they even do any research (and few people actually do any research). Mike should not reference it in his presentations. It is actually a complete irrelevancy.

#4 Lots of boxes to be ticked... metallurgy and proof IPT can produce 4n product... market acceptance... finance.... etc.etc.

#5 In his presentation Mike highlights the sulphuric leach is disruptive. If ever there is a toxic marketing term disruptive is it.... has been flogged to death and again perception wins over facts. All he needs to say is it is uncomplicated, well understood and cheap.

#6.Dr Mike is making a mistake when he highlights A4n's success. Although we theoretically should share a similar MC the message he inadvertently gives is "Hey there is another company selling the same thing which is 5 years ahead of IPT and probably is grabbing the market share". Secondly A4N got to that MC of $1B when the money was flowing a couple years ago (it has since come back 20%). IPT would be doing a lot better under those circumstances but 2023 was not the happiest.

For those who have done a bit of homework IPT is a winner.... but it looks like patience is required... imo.

Theoretically, maybe Lake Hope's MC should be higher than A4N.
