IMO it's always prudent to complete studies as soon as practicable, especially if they add value to the project, in down times, so that they done and dusted and investment decisions and construction/commissioning/production can ramp up by the time commodity prices move back up...that way they are prepared to press go when the time comes. They could end up timing this really well by the time the PFS and DFS are completed. Let's see what happens...
