Makes sense. Japan will want to partner with jurisdictional friendly countries like Australia for which they have had a very long established associated relationship. Japan mega company’s also backward and forward intergrate their supply chains ( same as what Korea is doing). So let’s ask ourselves. Do they <Japan industries> want to partner with a tier one company, in an environmentally conscious market , where rule of law , labour laws etc are sacrosanct and production withstands rigor(Ie australia vs Indonesia) .. I think I know….
