South Africa is asking ICJ for injunction against Israel to immediately suspend Israel's military operation. If they manage to do that, then the Palestinians will be the winners as about 230-250 of them are being killed every single day, not to mention many who are burried dead or alive under the rubble. Shaw KC has nothing to say of value except trying to catch South Africa on some technicalities, imo.
