The FDA are keen to help patients with unmet needs. The recent dealings with. gene therapy for DMD shows just this. Although they did not prove statiscal proof their drug worked , they were given approval anyway due to pressure from the boys families. As there is no SOC treatment.
Great safety. A known biomarker that the drug targets. Evidence of efficacy. And now a CR. It doesnt get much better than this.
The market cap is incredibly low for where PTX is.
A CR reduced some of the risk from this investment.
