After looking at the briefing and checking the first purchase of PTX in late November 19' when there was only PTX 100 and PTX 200 and an inflated expectation of stage 2 trials about 23' to boost the SP then the company has done well - despite PTX 200 being sidelined and the delays to PTX 100.
The OmniCAR SP surge was a bonus as has and expected to continue with the CellPryme benefits.
And now the potential for the PTX 100 stage 2 trials to be registrational - a tad late but possibly far more profitable and at an early stage.
So all up the intent of participating in a decades plus speculative investment progressing to a growth investment has worked thankfully but the icing has yet to be applied.

The next 6-9 months will tell us if the FDA is inclined as we expect and that the trial results will be as good or better than indicated in the initial trials.

Ticking both those boxes and with some help from CellPryme then the company forming growth phase may start and the earnings growth may be spent on tweaking OmniCAR to perfection without an unnecessary CR dilution. This is not to say that there will be no CR but that any that may be needed will be non-dilutory if there is income flow.

Several other biotech's were purchased at the same time as PTX and exited within 2 years for their prospects were diminishing IMO. 2 of them are having a SP burst now but IMO are not in the same class as PTX.
It has been a long learning curve with emotional highs and lows but a profitable destination is in sight

IMO it is still a hold but I expect to change back to a BUY when both boxes are ticked. Yes, for those not invested and have an interest in speculative stocks you can still buy at similar prices as 4.5 years ago with minimal/no risk and a very high probability of near term gains. Equally, those that have left disappointed and at a loss - then your disappointment will be exacerbated soon.
Such is investment life.
