No, but just looking at it briefly now, MrW. The guts of it will require some time on my part to digest and haven't got that far into the article yet. PTX100 ticks the box ODD and the best boxes on other fronts by the looks. Whether PTX100 is deemed as having multi-indications, I'm not sure... guess it is since its treating both PTCL and CTCL.

Speaking of multi-indications, I've always been curious as to the significance of the undisclosed data that was derived from the original Phase 1 basket study. PTX100 was well-tolerated and achieved stable disease in those patients who had advanced solid tumours. I've always suspected that the best route to take for PTX in exorbitantly expensive clinical trials is in the area of least prevalence and poor SOC. Its the least expensive way to prove up the mechanism of action (potentially applicable to other cancer types aka the solid tumours PTX100 has already treated) by getting one indication into a registrational or Phase 3 equivalent trial. Trialing the most common cancers involves huge cohort numbers and you're up against a lot of others in the same space. We were lucky in a way for PTX100 to have shown such early efficacy (in a safety trial) in the area of TCL. But PTX100 is so much more than just our current trial, IMO....




I'd be stocked to see PTX100 courted for a combo-therapy trial for another cancer type like pancreatic or colorectal. I hope PTX100 does make it to a registrational trial and makes it on its own as a monotherapy into commercialisation. But I have a feeling that one day PTX100 will attract a partner in a combo-trial. Add that into the valuation formula, MrW, and who knows what the MCap of PTX would then be.
