Movie, West and all, I think this is a good deal to be done. BCI has lost about 50% price in a few months, based mostly on iron ore price, but iron will not fall forever. Meanwhile, it gets IOH, at almost the price it was prior to the takeover (95c). IOH holders get 10c guaranteed, but nothing else is guaranteed for them. One day, the market will look back on this deal and see BCI management as geniuses, imo. It's darkest before dawn, but new holders (the "value" brigade?) will flood into this if this rout keeps going.
