    I am drafting my complaint to ASIC around being misled. Expect a response in about a months time (excluding xmas issues) and that will be a stock standard reply.. They will then sit on it for aboput 3 months and you will get back a response that says they can't see any issue here. But it's worth a try.I'll file my complaint tomorrow
