There are certain names that come up when you talk about specialist areas. And the thing about Yoonil is that he is unique. His knowledge of silica markets and the industry is recognised (very positively) by others outside of VRX.
In a business world where connections and "guanxi" are something money can't buy, when we finally come to production, he will likely to be able to open doors in SE Asia that bumbling Westerners cannot.
