With the land grab in this space I won't be surprised if they're acquired within a year or so.

Need to convince the larger holders but with almost $10B client assets (under HIN and client cash) at this valuation they're barely a snack. And the impact of higher rates is going to provide a noticeable (and strengthening) tailwind to their results over next 18 months.
