Certainly interesting.
Maybe SWA is trying to beat them to it, bragging rights, first mover advantage ?
Maybe the live TV streaming in the air is still getting tweaked.
One differentiating point I noted from the SWA clip in the xTV videoinbox was they was they stated it was going out to SWA "employees" on Monday, which would lead it to probably be an internal channel (Land based) to hotspots for consistent connectivity, not sure how well xTV works in the air ???
Microsoft Azure in the background and AT&T transmission capabilities for those hard to reach "high altitude" locations (On selected routes), lots of bandwidth business for AT&T, any thoughts ?
But, hey any new business announcement is a good announcement.
