I live in the centre of Kiev, about 1 - 1.5 Kms from what you see on the link. The sky has an orange glow and there is a smell of smoke everywhere. The metro is closed, all roads leading into Kiev are blocked by armed Berkut storm troopers and hordes of government sponsored thugs (known as Titushki) patrol the streets with police support attacking people and burning cars with West Ukrainian number plates.
I think I might decide not to go to work on Wednesday.
You have no idea how lucky you lot in Austrlia are, I used to live in Sydney but I left and look where I ended up!
At least spring has arrived early this year ... a balmy plus 7C earlier today.
