My thought....identifying it as a goal for 2020 doesn't imply that there is still a fair way to go as the bullet point clearly refers to that deal plus others. For what it is worth, he did repeat the reference to "imminently" and said that this obviously means different things to different people and threw out several examples from one week to 6 weeks. Make up your own mind as to whether that means it could be finalised within those timelines.
