Livehire appears to have built it's business on taking a companies past job applicants information and then spamming those failed applicants? It's hard to imagine anyone opted in to having their CV shared with third parties when they apply for jobs. Even if it's ok in the privacy policy it doesn't feel right that they then upload the information to livehire. I would expect it should be kept confidential. Especially given these firms are big companies like CBA, Wesfarmers etc.

Aside from the dodgy spam aspect this company still can't make money so I would put a firm zero on its value.

    There's a good writeup herehttps://ethicalequities.com.au/blog/its-time-to-die-livehire-asxlvh/

I couldn't get any short borrow, but if I could I would hold a large short against this stock.
