Thanks for the responses but none of those points answer my key question... I'm fully aware of the AIDEA status for this road, hence my questions on this critical infrastructure.
My question is how dependant is Nova on this road being built in order to build the processing plant system and therefore begin production, or can it be done using the snow road and air drop? I agree with the view that the WSAR will be a PPP and users will be required to pay a toll of sorts.
