from memory Golden summit has a capex of $400M but it's a heap leach operation, same with Victoria gold.
livengood capex is not $2billion but $3.4B and CIL.
interesting that distances and type of in Alaska make huge differences in capex.
In the case of livengood their processing plant is costing $1.1Billion.
