The product has some flaws, some USPs, but some major opportunities too.
It's more a product for the mid-market IMO with a big opportunity to improve and take on the larger enterprise.
The key to them is building strategic alliances with Oracle, SAP, Workday etc like they have done with Microsoft. Once they do this. Revenue will shoot up and cost of sale will decrease. As will their value as an acquisition target
