Livewire article $6 fair value, page-3

With the motley fool article there was a sell down near the end of the day. Let's see how this goes. The SP is still going up strongly with buyers only increasing and the sell depth looking very shallow. The SP is on track for an all time high close (and could even hit a new all time high today by way things are going.) If it closes near the high, I would expect it to keep going up next week.

With the information currently available to market, there is a disconnect with the fair value and SP. It's priced for NPAT of much lower for FY22 and beyond compared to FY20. But with the expansion of stores and geographies (NZ all but guaranteed), even if FY22 NPAt was lower than FY21, this would be caught up in the following years. I sort of agree with the valuation. I think $4.4 valuation right now but if UK or US expansion confirmed then $6 and if first results from US/UK are positive then the SP would be multiples of current price. We are some time away from that happening but a move into UK/US could be confirmed this year/early next year.
