Yeah mate, I hold both - but am far from happy with the performance or fee structure. But I bought into both knowing the fee structure - so it's on me.
As far as performance fees without a benchmark. It's a complete disgrace, and reminiscent of hedge fund managers greed of earlier times.
Truth be told I am not sure how any manager can do this, without a deep feeling of embarrassment. But, that's just the way it is.
I think WAR has already stated they are looking at VG1.
Good luck with your investments. If I had my time again, I would have just dumped it all in a low cost ETF and would have been a hundred times better off.
