"Have done a bit of work on this stock... of course they deal with SOEs they're an exclusively B2G business so not much of an insight there. Never like to see insider selling but insiders still own 24.5% so hardly like they don't have skin in the game. Not sure where they got that P/E from, way above what I calculate, and should drop to a reasonable multiple in CY20/21.

Imo PET is a buy on the 9 lakes region alone, and there's another two regions of China currently trialing the product. Plus, the CEO is in Florida right now talking to their 'algae task force' so additional upside there."
