i did check it out and a few things stood out for me.

1) the sea bed is rich in Mn.
2) BHP is full of S#%T.
3) there has been no delay in the exploration programme

if they had a problem with sea bed mining why didn't they do a deal on the land?, they could have been in the box seat calling the shots and maybe they could have had someone on the board.

But NO they cut of the nose despite the face.
