Thanks kalaa - for a moment I thought you were going to step out gushing with effusive praise like Qantum. I appreciate your measured but enthusiastic response. Vince's enthusiasm for the project is the pleasing thing, although I'm sure he would have done his due diligence given his reputation.

However the mystery of the government approval remains. History would suggest that Vince can't hurry that along. Given that we can't keep spinning the wheels for much longer did you get a sense of what those approvals are for, whether they actually represent a (temporary) barrier to getting moving and what timelines might apply?

Of course these are questions I will ask him myself, but I was hoping as you've already spoken with him, that you may be able to shed some light.
