I would say this is the case. Why would DOE invest in a company that has shed 40% of it's value after asking investors to put there hands in their pockets ... again.
A good cap raise strategy should follow with positive business updates demonstrating competence to the market and bright future of the business .A professional thankyou very much to those that stumped up .
But Ofcourse where talking about sit back and wait Verner here .
