I would be VERY, VERY wary of this company...their liabilities versus cash position seems unsustainable to me particularly given their 'expenditure' plans they have announced.
I used to like this company but management seem to have lost the plot and things appear to have gone sour very quickly.
Their PEM merger attempt looks like nothing more than an attempt to get a lifeline.
They need a very big recovery in zinc/lead prices to survive imho.
