Hi TJ There's $48.5mil of accumulated losses that I think would be wise to claw back first before dividends are paid. I'm assuming companies restore shareholder value first before paying dividends out. That doesn't necessarily mean they'll leave all this sitting in cash in the bank account - this makes them a take over target just for the cash if the share price doesn't reflect cash value - but they'd probably put it into revenue generating schemes, maybe some plants.
My view for what it's worth - personally I'd prefer they hang off for a while and this is coming from someone who's held from around late 2000.
