For some who have seen other side of the world ( Parts of South America, Africa, Eastern Europe ) and have seen how some countries can deteriorate quickly ( within 20-30 years) then they know what I am talking about...
Take example of Tier 1 countries : Switzerland, Denmark.. which can successfully survive and have good community / economy without addicting itself to HIGH IMMIGRATION
Take example of Canada / Australia who is addicted to HIGH IMMIGRATION...
We are moving towards US scenario... and possibly worse as we do not have industries US has...
If you ignoring a social cost , environmental cost... and offering just a cup of tea.. you can do better then that if you love this country..
