Now that POS have banked $1m, provides an opportunity for TG6 to come in with an offer. As you mentioned, doubt it would be at the same upfront terms as POS are bleeding cash and they dont have the bargaining power now.
TG6 do have the cash to make an upfront payment to secure a deal, maybe $2.5m and the remaining in 12 months time once they have proven up both Jaeger and Burmeister deposits.
That would net POS $1m from MIN and $2.5m from TG6 and keep their lights on for a few more months.
