Glad to see PH has changed his thinking as to LJ the last few weeks as he finally did his research & examined the past drills & DFS etc

He mentioned reading HC at the AGM so yes PH reads us on here
So PH give this post a thubs up if you read it!

LJ is a massive turnkey mine project in waiting, almost restarted in 2015, the size or Nova but way higher grades at EA (4.1%) & AR (5.1%) with an airstrip and 140 person accommodation camp at Windy Hill nextdoor yes with over 10 toliets and sealed roads sitting on a plate.

LJ was touted as high cost as MH was medium grade but this excluded the prior mining at EA nor AR new deposit that NH was jumping for joy at the 2015 AGM. With these higher grade feeds the AISC would be slashed below 4.00 (forget 5.36) as they were in the past when EA provided high grade feed to this mill, in fact the 2015 DFS planned to use the high grade feed from EA and target the AR area which proved to be genius.

Fact remains that LJ is a major Ni province ready made, underexplored & low capex restart that was stopped twice by a lower NP at 3 - 5.
If DS had a NP of 7.00+ back in 2015, it would have started up & still be producing today.

Now with NP at 8.22 and headed likely to 10-12 next 12 months imho, LJ becomes a HIGH MARGIN PRODUCTION project also.
In the coming years LJ will become a pillar of POS production and tolling for neighbours even if they get over the cheap purchase attempts and rubbishing of its status. Its cheap fast restart can easily be funded from GS FCF after 9 months of production.

The more studies & drilling they do on it the more they will realise just how much LJ actually is -
