    Excellent post Tren

This is the sort of stuff that needs to highlighted and taken to the AGM.

Its one thing to make dollars on tangible developments and company progress (thats REAL progress...not 'fodder' re 'applications' in countries you don't even bother to check the data on!)
Its quite another to set up companies, promise the world to shareholders, deliver nothing... then see key people 'leave' and be left with people who don't seem to want to report or be accountable for past projections and rhetoric.

A little over 3 and a half weeks till this meeting and even now its obvious its going to be hot in the kitchen.

    They left Uzbek for dust..
They conjured up an MOU with Kaz to appease the masses.
They did a drive through in Bulgaria
    Passed through Africa on Safari
    Flew over North America
    Thought about Australia
    Continue to flounder in Czech
And as for Ukraine, what a convenient place to do 'negotiations'...you want excuses or reasons for delays? Just go to Ukraine. Theres one a day there!

I have given this company a lot of my time and money. I have been patient.....not so much due to a lack of developments, but more to the point with the non disclosure, the reasons, the delays, the excuses, the arrogance....the 'failure' to follow up on their statements to shareholders.
Negotiations do take time. However as a shareholder I was misled in investing here. I take responsibility for 'doing my deal' as thats part of the game. But accountability is something I want to see from a board who take and take and deliver nothing.

As a management team, they have failed miserably. Yes we can pull out the 'virtual portfolio' and dress it up to look quite an achievement..
It makes them 'look busy' and 'out there' 'doin the deals'

Thing is they can't do a deal.

In a massive uranium bull market where the U price has gone multiples and energy requirements...clean energy particularly are at all time highs, this company hasnt been able to land one project in 18 months.

They continue to put their hands out for 'cheap' options.

The Chairman has endeavoured to temper the enthusiasm and hot air of 2006 with a more measured approach for 2008.
Not impressed with his forecasts. He jumps in to the seat after 12 months of developments in a dozen countries and hardly says boo!

Not saying too much. Safe. Unsure. Unconvincing.

    Reputations count for very little.

Bit like sport. Many very good players have played cricket for Australia and will never be remembered. Some get lucky and time their careers and end up being heralded as champions.

From what I see our management may well have played in some pretty useful teams over the years and perhaps ridden on the coat tails of others far more credentialed and talented than themselves.

A degree, a few trips overseas, visits to a few mines, regular speaking at conventions and a meaningless but impressive resume seems to accompany many who get on the boards and management teams of companies.

    Question:

Just who is a stand out at Uran? Who can hold their head up? Who there at Uran thinks the options are too cheap or even deserved before a deal is even done?
Who there thinks their own company has failed shareholders and havent disclosed information in a manner expected from 'professionals'?

You see folks I am patient. But i'm not patient with incompetence and companies out for easy money on the backs of hard working shareholders who paid 'market price' for their shares with real money.

I am not to this point impressed with management on most criteria that one would equate to good management.

Its about time they took stock. Admitted where they are at NOW. Where they said they would be now back then, and to eat some humble pie and get on with building a company BEFORE looking to line their pockets with cheap options.

As for options? Yes by all means distribute them. But lets not forget that these people are PAID PROFESSIONALS.
They are paid well to do a job. They know that they will be rewarded very well if they do a good job.

Issue for me is...looks like they will be rewarded very well for doing an average job.

I have an issue with that.

I strongly encourage those here who have similar issues to let them know BEFORE they get to the AGM.
