shorts will be reducing definitelyor it could mean they're refusing the terms... they'd have to raise on terms where the sp reflects cash on hand at this stage --- anyone participating would be worried about drying up liquidity if they're in for the short term so its a double edged sword.... DD strikes me as a raise kind of guy so it begs the question why they haven't raised yet. They will definitely need to in the near future and waiting for the sp to fall back to 8c isn't smart.... unless Gates injects $200M into Lilac and they take 100% - which is a pipedream
or it could mean they're refusing the terms... they'd have to...
