Permitting is a conditions precedent to the MOU’s.
Go back and take a look at the clauses.
I would expect a Power source would also be a conditions precedent regarding any MOUs
ESIA due now - Q1 2024.
However, I’m expecting some slippage, which will slip the entire timeline, as a consequence.
