Many LKE holders have been looking forward to a strategic partner coming on board and a lithium price recovery.
There are many ways to realise a strategic partnership and one is by establishing a joint venture for Kachi. If it’s not with Lilac then it may be a three way arrangement.
One joint venture in the lithium space is the Rhyolite Ridge project run by Ioneer. The JV with SBSW was announced around the start of the last Lithium price recovery and yet Ioneer’s price dropped 20% on the day.
