I'm sure that you can see how farcical and self fulfilling the current "rules" are, but when those very same rules CAUSE billions of dollar losses to bona fide investors, surely the government should act. Numbers count. I've been ignored by most, but have a few still involved, including into HC practices. See what comes of The ASIC 15th March report.
