What will trigger the next (imminent) - “Becoming a substantial holder” notice ??

1. Qtly report due today week (indeed Halloween Day) ??

2. AGM Resolutions (21 days notice, prior the AGM - 30 NOV 2023) ??

3. 2nd Strike against Renumeration Report (and subsequent “spill”) ??

4. Failure to meet DFS deadline - DEC 2023 ??

5. Or, shocking and dreadful, incomplete DFS released, not of “Bankable” quality ??

Expect shorts to front-run some of these events.

Just my opinion of course…and I’m usually wrong
