There is ample grounds for a Class Action, including (but not limited to):

1. Professional negligence - Infrastructure (inc. power & water).

2. Breaches of LKE trading policy (inside trading), multiple acts of trading during a closed period…and trading with inside information.

3. Disclosing information in Webinar/s, not released to the ASX (multiple ASX Query Letter/s).

4. Drilling result of the “other” tenements, never released.

5. Remuneration report received 2 strikes…against ridiculous salary packages to LKE executives.
