I agree AWASP. When enough of the basic structures are in place and operative, I'd be very surprised if all involved, and there will be more than 2, will be agreeing to supply the demand from all those new battery and car manufacturers are screaming for supply, well before they have full 25Kpa capacity. This is a long story and all the negativity on HC is only related to parasitic shorters and fundamentally irrelevant. IGNORE.
