I think you guys make some good points. DG4444 has gone to great pains to show that LKE is in no immediate danger of bankruptcy. As they have no debt and money in the bank. GMthecash points out that LKE is a Ponzie scheme. I think he is using irony here as with Ponzi schemes they give the suckers some of their money back and Jerry runs that well loved and well worn parody.
I didn't think that LKE had any hope of attracting institutional money but there it is $15 million. I didn't think they could or would tap retail again but I think I see the plan. Before the SPP closes they will release the environmental impact report and it will be good, good enough to take the price over 7 cents. If they can lift it to say 10 people will look and say that's free money. It's pure genius. I imagine like Galan they will extend the SPP offer until people start coughing up cash.
