Look at NVX. Shorts have been hovering around the 4-6% threshold for over 12 months now and look at the SP. Its just slowly dwindling down.
Question. Do you ever back test any of your theories? Normally when people have weird and strange theories, they back test them before posting. They do this so they don't look so foolish. Perhaps backtest your theories before posting?
