2) NA (labour/maintenence would equate to peanuts on a per tonne basis)
3) Yes i used equivalent energy costs, let me know when you know both companies rates and we can re run numbers
(By the way when i said 600-800 i was referring to absolute max chlor plant could use in power p/tonne)
