It would not surprise me to see the lake's management publishing an announcement that the DFS will be published within 90 days. By December 31, 2023, there will still be 30 million AUD in the bank account. I think they need an additional month or two to make sure that the money is gone too. By March 2024 this will be Lake 3.0
