Thx Mozza - I have been holding since the 2.2c days and am long on them and have been acquiring for some time now - no intention of selling in the next year ... so CGT isn't an issue. BUT whilst on the topic of CGT, a question for you if I may (or any other person in the know) - how does it work with CGT? Is it last share in is the last share out?
For instance, say I owned 800K shares before the options - if i were to exercise the options and ended up with another 100K shares so new total 900K and then the next day I sold say 100K. Would the 100K I sold be considered to be from the 800K shares I had owned for over year (and therefore eligible for the 50% discount) and not from the new shares purchased from exercising the options?
