    I agree post 1963. IMO, LKE has no intention of developing Cauchari, just showing everyone that it is not a cow paddock and by comparison, worth hundreds of millions to anyone who wants to develop it. Cauchari is no cow paddock and has completely fooled the adjoining owners (and the market). Cauchari is now very expensive real estate and will be confirmed with the next two anns. The big question is how Steve monetizes that value;.
    This is an amazing story that could be made into a movie. The bigger question is how good is Steve???!!!
