You don't go by the SP when comparing other stocks. You look at their MC.
LKE MC is currently $41m with 472m shares.
The other stock you mention at 11.5c has an MC of $244m with 2.1 billion shares
LKE has alot of potential and with more great drill results to come can easily have an MC of $100m in the not to distant future.
LTR has announced excellent results from there drills and resource upgrades and sit with an MC of $161m.
Only 3 months ago their MC was only $30m.
LKE could be the next lithium junior to go on a big run
