That's the way I see it too beisha. Let's see if that .10 becomes a barrier, or will we see Akdjnr's assessment prove to be correct i.e. there are some serious buyers out there and it's not retail. But, if it holds, it will be an excellent launching pad for any good news that is contained in that (imminent) ann.
