Great stuff pos1963. Thanks for that. Incidentally, I have much experience in trying to get funding for projects and most often been greatly disappointed. For a young country with so much promise, it really is a disgrace that there are so many projects that are just sitting there idle with their only hope of development being from either China, Japan or India!!! I think "risk averse" is a very tame description to what I would use and it starts with "g". Pathetic.
Yes, LKE really is in a grab what you can get position re funding, my point relates to the terms of conversion of the Notes that, IMO, creates a huge potential for SP manipulation. In fact, IF that investor has not sold any of the shares that have been converted, it has already picked up nearly 5% of the company for just on $1 mill and still has around $600,000 that can be converted!!!! THAT"S what I'm talking about.
Sadly, the low SP makes it extremely difficult to raise through placements or issues due to the dilution impact, but, I genuinely hope that they don't take any more of that Amvest money that's still up for grabs.
